Die Ausstellung ist ein Rundgang innerhalb eines Gesamtkunstwerks. Das Gesamtkunstwerk inspiriert
mit Hilfe von Wandmalerei, Malerei, Zeichnungen, Leuchtobjekten und Tanzfiguren. Diese eigenwillige
Atmosphäre bietet eine Einsicht in das kreative, schöpferische Künstlerleben einer Malerin und Tänzerin.

Augenblicke des Schweigens
Gehe völlig in den gegenwärtigen Moment ein
Verwende alle Deine Sinne

Sei da, wo Du bist,
Sieh dich um, schaue,
interpretiere nicht,
sei dir der stillen Anwesenheit jedes Gegenstandes bewusst,
sei dir des Raums bewusst, der allem erlaubt zu sein,

höre den Tönen zu, beurteile sie nicht,
höre dem Schweigen hinter den Tönen zu,
berühre etwas, irgendetwas und fühle und erkenne sein Wesen an,

beobachte den Rhythmus Deines Atmens,
fühle die Luft hinein- und hinausfließen,
fühle die Lebensenergie innerhalb Deines Körpers,
erlaube allem, innerhalb und außerhalb zu sein,
erlaube das Sein aller Dinge,
bewege dich tief hinein in das Jetzt.

Entering the present moment fully
Using your senses fully

Be where you are
Look around, just look,
don´t interpret,
be aware of the silent presence of each thing,
be aware of the space that allows everything to be,

listen to the sounds, don´t judge them,
listen to the silence underneath the sounds,
touch something, anything and feel and acknowledge its being,

observe the rhythm of your breathing,
feel the air flowing in and out,
feel the life-energy inside your body,
allow everything to be within and without,
allow the isness of all thing,
move deeply into the now
.
